CY:ONS Air-E Drive Kit
Your battery doesn't need to be bigger.
It needs help.
The Air-E Drive Kit uses the physics of airflow to multiply your e-bike's range by 2–3.5×. No extra battery. No extra weight. Just air, doing work.
The Range Problem
Every solution adds more battery.
We asked: why?
01
Bigger battery
More lithium, more weight, more cost. A 30% range increase adds 2–4 kg and €200–500 to the price. The environmental cost of mining more raw materials goes up too.
02
Second battery
Range extender packs from Bosch, Mahle, and others are just auxiliary batteries. You're doubling the cost, bulk, and charging time for the same underlying approach.
03
The CY:ONS approach
The Air-E generates supplementary current from airflow. It relieves load from your battery without adding capacity. More range. Same battery. Same weight.
How It Works
01
Air enters the tubes
Two lightweight tubes mounted to your frame capture ambient air as you ride. Internal geometry accelerates the flow using the Venturi effect.
02
Airflow generates current
Inside each tube, a proprietary micro-generation core converts the kinetic energy of the accelerated air into clean DC electrical current. Silent. No moving blades.
03
Current feeds your motor
A smart controller regulates the Air-E output and feeds it to your hub motor in parallel with the battery. Your battery sees reduced demand and discharges slower.
04
You go 2–3.5× further
Same assist level. Same speed. Same ride quality. But your battery lasts dramatically longer. A 50 km bike becomes a 125–175 km bike.
